I don't tan very well... I do tan on my arms a bit but always burn hard and peel if I'm mostly naked bar a pair of swimmers.

YET if I expose a small portion of my body to the sun over a day or two, I brown up.

this is how you tan if you are fair so you can tell your girls this,.... put your swimming suit on, lay in the sun, 5 MINUTES ONLY, TURN OVER AND DO THE OTHER SIDE 5 MINUTES ONLY.

then

every day increase by 1 minute... so day 2, it is 6 minutes a side, day 3, 7 minutes a side,.... and so on until you reach 20 MINUTES A SIDE per day....

Never allow a burn.... burning is a 100% waste of time and dangerous for fair people.

do not tan between 10 am - 3 pm..

gradual building of a tan is perfect.

Tan injections are good for those who are fair but want a tan, it's pretty much impossible to burn.....
