I was careful to specify mammals because humans are mammals, and in mammals, there is no 'false narrative' about it. Mammals do not change sex. Humans, being mammals, do not change sex. We're not amphibians; we're not avians. Transsexualism in non-mammals doesn't apply to us.
As I said: When genetic resequencing becomes practical and ubiquitous, that may be alterable. As of now, it isn't. Human sex is, for now, immutable.
