easiest way but it will take a bit of time is to either make a syrup or infuse it into oil or butter

Decarb weed to release the thc
clarify butter
add an ounce to a pound ratio(butter)
cook for at least 2hrs under 210F/98.8C degrees(higher will kill thc, so lower and longer)
strain in strainer then thru coffee filter paper if plant matter is still present..
put in bowl in fridge
