There’s still Greek people.
Every mom and pop breakfast diner is owned by a Greek. I’m not talking pancake houses or some antiquated greasy spoon, I’m talking the pop ups that have something like “shoppe”, “cove”, or “Inn” in the title.
If there’s a syrup rack on the table when you sit down-Greek owned
If there’s carpeting in the main dining room-Greek owned
If most of the wait staff are Mexican or stank like Aqua Digio- Greek owned
