...the presidential lie count that was such persistent "news" a few years ago?
It's not as if the current regime hasn't told any lies starting with broken campaign promises (public option, ending marijuana prohibition, etc.) and racking up an impressive number of untruths on covid alone (including the whopper straight from Joe's own lips that getting jabbed will prevent you from getting and spreading the virus).
That's not even taking into consideration Joe's past lies... some of which forced him to drop out of a previous run for the big chair.
Are lies not important anymore?
Why does one political party get a generous pass for spreading misinformation and propaganda?
We should be told how many lies Joe has told just like the previous guy.
This inequality of coverage and blatant partisanship by corporate media hacks only feeds into the political divide in this country; it drives wedges and instigates arguments when it's more important than ever that we deescalate the tensions and rhetoric.
'Divide and conquer' has become 'division will devour us all' but partisan shills and complicit corporate media outlets forge steadfastly ahead with their suicidal Us/vs/Them bullshit.
