Kinda sad.
My wife and I enjoy going for drives up the back country mountain roads. Well today we found a Bighorn sheep on the side of the roads and it had been hit by a car or truck. It was still alive but in very bad shape. It needed to be put down but for once I didn't have a gun with me. We had to drive for about 20 miles before we had cellphone service and then I was able to call Fish and Wildlife. They said they would send someone out to put the Ram down.
Don't get me wrong as I'm a hunter and I have no problem putting wild game on the table but I make quick kills and never let an animal suffer.
