It’s based off corn and was off the market at one stage because of a high MSG content. I think the company has since rectified the issue from a sales point of view. I never gave a damn, because it tasted so good.

Sounds good...but can just 1 person finish off a pork roast?
I'm more into pork spare ribs because at least you can finish off a serving in 1 meal. A roast seems a bit much.

It will limit your choices if you incorporate starches like pasta I mean it's done but not in spaghetti sauce either..
The closest I have come to adding corn was to dice up a couple corn tortillas and toss them in the pot.
