i take the time to really make the best nacho's ever. i usually use the same weight of beer 2 cheese (to make it a little thinner) and add a little cumin and Mexican oregano. THEEEEESE ARE UNBELIEBABLY GREAT TASTING!!

Growing up carne asada chips (nachos) were very popular here but for some reason all the kids order carne asada fries these days. That makes no sense to me as a fry can't really pick up anything while tortilla chips can perfectly pick up all that marinades chopped beef flank steak, the guacamole, sour cream, jalapenos, and melted cheese. Throw in some salsa fresca and hot sauce and you are talking
