All of that you've gotten wrong or heard wrong.
I am divorced, but would have been a widow had I remained married. My ex and I were friends to his end. I doubt an ex would come to your side and be there at your passing, but I was there for him and our children.
I am a grandmother. I am not impoverished. I was in the field of public health, but never a secretary or clerk. I made a decent income that was 6 figures and retired from it fairly recently. I have healthcare for life. I have a pension and someday, I will add social security benefits to it. I also have money socked away in a deferred compensation plan that I do not touch.
I wasn't born or raised in LA. I was born, raised and have lived most of my life in the SF Bay Area.
Now people might think that I am spilling PI, but most of this has been out there for years. Well minus the fact that I retired since that was again fairly recent.
I made good choices, I got my bachelor's and then a Master's degree. I did the best I could and though I'm not rich, I am comfortable. I have been in another relationship for 10 years. I'm not alone, poor or anything else your pea brain came up with.
You didn't know shit and that's a fact.
Stop trying to justify your shitty choices, Oak.
