Do that as many times as you want. Should the emergency contraception fail then you have 10 weeks to get an abortion but you only get 1. If you go for a second abortion then you are sterilised during the operation. These rules apply to all legal, non health threatening pregnancies not to rape (including any under age pregnancy) nor to incestuous events.
