What's noticeable is that most of these sightings seem to occur where there are military bases be they American, Russian or other @Frood

These ET's appear to be keeping an eye on what nations with advanced military or space technologies or up to. Clearly there's a lotta military activity or ecrets in places like San Diego, Arizona or the Nevada desert because that's where all the US military or airforce bases are located.

So these ET's are probably spying on nations with considerable military presence such as the US.

That's probably why the US Pentagon or government doesn't want to disclose these sightings or encounters because then it might reveal what they are up to.

so, these governments don't wanna blow their cover or divulge their secrets to the public.

He would have been a Navy pilot as he 2as flying an F/A-18 (Marine Corp has some too). Probably flying out of MCAD Miramar.

As for what it was there is a lack of data.

Given the similarity of these accounts right up to the present, it seems that it's more than just a coincidence that the descriptions match one another.

Well, Dutch people are almost all well over 6 feet tall, and Pygmies are very, very short, so...
