Which is what happens under a communist system, you have the state making your decisions for you.
Are you intentionally misrepresenting people?
Like having to wear a seat belt? No drinking and driving? No smoking in public places?
Damned communists, thinking of public safety.

Driving is a priviledge. If you want to drive a car you need a liscence. Tax payers pay for all the roads.
A seatbelt is in no way comparable to a medical treatment. You are not injecting the seatbelt into your body.
Should we let the government manage a diabetics diet and penalize them if they eat unauthorized food?
Our bodies are not state property like our roads are.

See now, here is where the argument falters.
You do not want the state to make decisions for you. Fine.
Did YOU make the decision to wear seatbelts? No? Do you refuse to wear a seatbelt then?
But the state made the decision for you.
So how is one decision okay, but the other is unacceptable?
