I find bands like Aerosmith a bit sad.
. Like why at 70 something are they still trying to appeal to the same teen audience? Actual present day teens.
Were they that afraid to grow up?
Why no evolution and you know, moving on a bit?

They don't know better. They are idiots.

In any case, I actually have a bit of sympathy for @LotusBud 's OP position. The cost of Real Estate/Housing is off the fucking hook and ridiculously inflated. Miss Lotus's position is that the State should impose things upon Free People to rectify the situation (which I agree is currently out-of-hand).

BUT - the Free Market decides, otherwise it isn't really free is it?

But it isn't a free market. There are all sorts of subsidies, and tax breaks for the wealthy.

Their donor dollars make it happen.

I don't support the Univ of Chivago free market economics school of thought, but these people don't know wtf they're talking about.

This sort of thing has happened in Canada due in no small part to offshore Chinese Investors.

But now as that investor source has dried up the Canadian real estate market, especially condos, is beginning to crash in places like Toronto and now Vancouver
