Well, Someone just lost their gun privileges, and I would hope their freedom as well.

2 charges I see. Murder, wreckless endangerment with a deadly weapon (for the store employee down range) I just can't for the life of me find any reason to have shot this person at that point in time without trying about 10 different things to demobilize that motorized wheelchair. A taser wouldn't have penatrated that coat. He could have pulled that chair over backwards, put something on the ground in front of it....JFC. how do idiots like this even get a badge slapped on their sleeves?

Cops function on instinct- this cop saw a weapon, he reacted. Maybe the wheelchair was a hoax and he would have been rushed?

Who knows. Maybe the cop was out of line, maybe he'll lose his job or even get arrested but hey I sort of get it. You commit a crime and pull a weapon on an approaching police officer- it's not the best way to start a healthy relationship.
