Start with understanding what kind of country America is. And understanding the roles of each branch of government and how it's set up in a system of checks and balances to make sure individuals get represented. Its truly ran by the people.

A pure democracy is best compared to gang rape.

When a gang rape is occurring, its directly the will of the majority over riding the will of the individual. Get how that works?

We are a representative "democracy".....a Constitutional Republic.

All over turning Roe did was turn the laws and regulations back over to the states where the people will decide them via their reps and legislators. It's a beautiful democratic process. You SHOULD be happy to see democracy in action. So it's pretty confusing for anyone to be ranting about "tyranny" of a "minority" here when what occurred was the opposite.

The SCOTUS simply decided that this should be left to the states. They didnt make any law. They didnt ban anything. They let go of the control and turned it over to the people.

So if you truly believe the majority wants abortion legal and unfettered......you really shouldnt be bothered because it's a done deal.

Unless if course you guys know MOST people want at LEAST restrictions. The majority of those who consider themselves "pro choice" STILL want restrictions.

No, the exact opposite. Roe removed Democratic choice from the states and the people and it couldn't even state what specific part of the constitution gave the court the power to do so. They literally said we imagine right X and so that gives us the power to image right Y also exists.

The current court literally just read the constitution, correctly found abortion was not specifically mentioned as a power enumerated by the constitution for the feds so therefore the 10th applies that all rights not specifically enumerated for the feds are reserved for the individual states. So now things are constitutionally compliant and more democratic.
