Are you craving spunk and ham-fisted sandwiches?
These skidmarks don't even understand their own laws, and how they relate to federal and state levels.
to give the states the right of choice, that was the very essence of Roe vs Wade.
Via a system based on a EC that has fuck all to do with votes cast.
The EC only effects the presidency not state elections. It is states which will decide regulations on abortion.
Maybe educate yourself a bit on the topic before spewing ignorant nonsense?
He thinks the electoral college decides our state laws?
Oh good lort!
But your state laws needed SCOTUS to interfere with federal law. You don't seem to comprehend your own system of governance.
It was federal law they overturned.

No, the exact opposite. Roe removed Democratic choice from the states and the people and it couldn't even state what specific part of the constitution gave the court the power to do so. They literally said we imagine right X and so that gives us the power to image right Y also exists.
The current court literally just read the constitution, correctly found abortion was not specifically mentioned as a power enumerated by the constitution for the feds so therefore the 10th applies that all rights not specifically enumerated for the feds are reserved for the individual states. So now things are constitutionally compliant and more democratic.

The astounding arrogance of ignorance.
It was a federal law, and now it is repealed to allow states to interpret that law as they see fit. You don't understand what a federal law is, and its relationship to a state unless you understand that.
Is this what has changed a human right, these paragons of virulent bible trashing irrelevence.
Tell us why Kavanagh never impeached himself?
I have to educate you on the difference between state laws that federal law overturns, and your inability to even comprehend dat?
I have given you video evidence of him doing just that.

Roe was not a law. The SCOTUS doesnt legislate. They are a court that makes rulings in cases. Their rulings are to ensure laws are in line with the Constitution. They do NOT legislate.
The only way to remove justices from the court is via a congressional impeachment hearing.

Roe was the law. And it was brought before SCOTUS via other courts on numerous occasions, they ruled on it and it became law. What you seem to be confused by is that you need legislation in your democracy to uphold a Congress or Senate approved rule. Both were accepted by Congress and the Senate. No law was introduced to overturn the ruling.

We dont impeach justices for doing their jobs.
