cmon now lol
even out of range there r useful apps, ie barometer etc, that r useful.u bought a watch in the era of smart phones?
Yeah. Where I go hiking, there is no reason to have a smart phone.
I do not like to carry my phone most of the time in the city, either. People can leave a message and I will call them back.

no, but u can upload so much more - every song and movie u want, in a pinky nail sized card for $20cmon now lol
Too small for you?
My system data is under 20Mb.
I can store over 10,000 copies of it off-site on that drive.
That is over 27 years worth of daily backups.
You think I need more?

i played angry birds then listened 2 an audiobook as i drifted off 2 sleep
Ironically Microsoft has become more like what Apple used to be. Giving the customer more choice
Senile @Joe, why is that ironic?
Also....when did Apple ever give the customer "more choice"?

a smart phone does a few of those (watch, camera, compass, calculator, altimeter, etc) - before u retire a phone, uploaded with tons of usefull apps, then use iteven out of range there r useful apps, ie barometer etc, that r useful.u bought a watch in the era of smart phones?

I do not like carrying a smart phone around most of the time.
When I hike, I might carry any of the following:
A GMRS radio. A watch. A camera. A drone. A bottle of water. Snacks. A knife. Pepper spray. Sunscreen. Bug repellent.
But never a smart phone.
lol thumb drives r cheap, make copiesno, but u can upload so much more - every song and movie u want, in a pinky nail sized card for $20
Haha!! I need to backup my data, not store music or movies.
I have a shitload of SD and Micro SD cards. They have a purpose. Off site storage is not that purpose. For one, they are easy to lose if you are transporting them from site to site.
Senile @Joe, why is that ironic?

The last really good model Apple made was the 2012 Mac Pro. It gave the user choice. 4 hard drives 3 extra pci slots for 3 additional ssd drives. So you could install 7 or more operating systems on the same computer. Os x, Windows, Sun Solaris, linux watever. That was choice man.

You can do all that on a Windows-based PC....
