I love Valentina Hot Sauce.
I have been eating sriracha hot sauce since the early 1980's which is way before it became popular around here.
I always have a number of hot sauces on the go. Usually a Mexican, a Thai, a cayenne pepper, a Peri-Peri, crushed green chillies (Indian)...among others.
I have this Lao sauce on the go right now that is awesome - a little fishy, quite hot, and bursting with flavour.
I could take a picture of my refrigerator door if anyone is interested.
I'm a chilli addict... I don't think there's a bad type of chilli except extract, which tastes like green copper pipe...
