Everyone should see this shit first hand. I took my family to Hollyweird in 2019 and it was like fukin "Scared Straight". Fukin bums sleeping all over the streets in front of the chink theater at night. If the cops werent all over the place all the time, you wouldnt even go there at all. It was a great life lesson.

They have built tons especially the big semi-perminent tent structures. The people who want help easily get it. The problem is 80% plus are drug addicts, hard core drug addicts who let it completely take over their lives, and those people refuse to go to shelters because you can't do drugs in shelters. Those people truly don't care about anything other than getting their next fix, they are absolute drug zombies.

It got worse around 2008 when some liberal judge said the police couldn't require bums to move on unless they had shelter space to offer them. Many cities greatly expanded shelter space but Dems seem to want to keep bums on the streets passing laws which said eveb if you have shelter space for them you still can't order them to move along.
