He was shooting back at people who were shooting at him.

You gotta admit, though, that head shot where Kyle took out that convicted boy sodomizer was an awesome shot.
I don't think shooting people in the head is "awesome" no matter what the reason.

There's a reason that soldiers have suffered from:

shell shock
battle fatigue
ptsd

All the same impact, we just keep trying to find nicer euphemisms for "fucked up in the head". Carlin hated that, btw.

It's not good for the human soul. Anyone who thinks it's funny is not right in the head.

What is the maximum penalty for sexual abuse?

Is it the death penalty? Not ought to be, but what is it anywhere in the US?
Colorado: Class 2 Felony Class 2 felonies can result in 8 to 24 years in prison for normal presumptive sentences or 16 to 48 years for crime of violence sentences. Lifetime supervision and sex offender registration remain in place.

Mississippi:
In Mississippi, the maximum penalty for sexual battery with a victim under 14 is life in prison, though the court may impose a lesser term of at least 20 years. For sexual battery involving a victim 14 or older, the maximum penalty is imprisonment for up to 40 years for subsequent offenses,

I was making a point. I know there is no death penalty for sexual abuse of children. So, at worst, the law would throw a convicted offender in prison.

Not to mention that who appointed Rittenhouse judge, jury, and executioner?

It is important to remember that Kyle had no idea who he was killing, as well as the reason why he was there, armed, to begin with.

What I mourn for was how Kyle got away with murder.

Literally.
He didn't murder anyone. He defended himself as all of us free people have the unalienable right to do. As a jury of his peers agreed was the case.

Why do you persist in the false hate-filled Leftist narrative that Kyle Rittenhouse "got away with murder?"

That's a blatant fucking lie.

Why was a Leftist shitbag who had been convicted of sodomizing 6 young boys under the age of 10 out on the streets to begin with? Ask yourself that.

Nah, that was murder. Intention is everything. Like most disturbed, mentally ill individuals that shouldn't be near guns to begin with Kyle was the reason why not.

/end of.

Sorry, nut bar. You're an idiot Democrat and wrong. Kyle's "intention" in the moment was to preserve his life from persons he had every reason to believe were trying to kill him.

Are you saying he did not have the "unalienable right" to defend himself in such a situation?

I know that all you know about it is what you've read on your hate-filled Leftist Gedrul sites, but I've read the actual case files. Kyle is a fucking hero and it makes me happy to see Leftist Cunts whine about a dead pedophile that got in the way of Kyle's bullet.

Invokes the name of a murderer, but not advocating violence. That is soooo interesting.

PS: So like, if someone disapproving of the Trump presidency said "seems like a job for John Wilkes Booth"
That would in no way be promoting violence. I get it now.

You don't have to preserve your life in most instances when you stay home and mind your business. In this instance he didn't mind his business. He borrowed trouble.

I'm betting he turns out to be the big loser we think he is in the coming years. Down and out, broke.
