I voted move/contain, but with the proviso that the poster who posts the offending pic(s) also be permanently removed. If someone feels and uncontrollable compulsion to post pics of that nature they can do it only on the mentioned special thread or posting privileges to be revoked.

I think it should follow under your rule about not posting anyone under the age of 18. That classifies as children (dead or not) and anyone doing such is in violation of your rules. Holliday had to remove a pic of a model that "appeared" under age. I remember that thread because I was in it. This is no different and should be treated the same according to your rules.
