3) Josh Ziminski opens fire shooting into the air and probably firing additional shots as well.

Rosenbaum corners Kyle and witnesses testified (state's own witness btw) that Kyle only fired after Rosenbaum lunged at Kyle making a grabbing motion for his rifle.

4) Someone else, "the unknown shooter", standing in the street fires multiple rounds from a pistol at Kyle hitting several of the parked cars.
