For Sure. Governor should have called in the National Guard to prevent the situation from spiralling out of control like it did. They have to be more responsive than that.

But ideally a society shouldn't have to rely upon vigilantes to patrol the streets either.

Personally I think open and carry gun policies in the US are totally fucked up.

No one shold be able to carry guns openly in public within city limits. left or right. Antifa or Proud Boys.

Guns should be confined to homes for self defense only. Bans/ restrictions on certain kinds of guns too.

Joe the GOVERNOR played part in inciting the violence and then had police sit back while these violent fucks burnt down the community. They even attempted to burn occupied buildings.

Now they are charging KYLE because they attacked him and he defended himself.

We have constitutional rights to have arms and defend ourselves. This isnt Canada.

You cant be neutral on something like this. If you are not on the side of innocent people and communities than you may as well be against them.

People more concerned with order than justice are what caused the riots.

At the very least, the jury are not. It isn't the slam dunk conservatives said it was.

There are one or two tainted jurors because, yes, this was a slam dunk. There is also the problem of the tainted "evidence" and multiple counts of prosecutorial misconduct.

If the judge saw misconduct, why hasn't there been a mistrial declared?

There is a big debate on why he is waiting to rule on the motion to mistrial.

Because judges HATE making decisions.

And since making decisions is their job....its crazy making.

Yep, he is a judge who doesn't want to make judgements. Odd as fuck. He even told the prosecutor he was over the line, he didn't believe the prosecutor acted in good faith, and that the day of reckoning would be coming. Then he let in garbage with no foundation which the prosecution deliberately hide from the defense until closing.
