The emergence of the Delta variant could mean that while communities with high vaccination rates continue to return to normal, states where vaccinations lag could suddenly find themselves thrust into a new wave of infections and deaths.
“We’re emerging into two COVID nations,” Dr. Peter Hotez, dean of the National School of Tropical Medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine, told Yahoo News. Hotez pointed to the Northeast, the mid-Atlantic region and the Pacific Coast as having successfully hit their immunization targets, but he said there are “concerningly low vaccination rates” elsewhere, “especially among young people in Southern states.” Young people infected with the Delta variant

Well I got vaccinated on June 23rd, the same date as this thread appeared.
More than a week has passed and I'm still feeling the after effects of the vaccine.
Now my left knee feels wonky like it's almost arthritic.
And my left hand is swollen too around the joints.
Thing is...there was nothing wrong with this leg before the vaccination...ever.
Plus I have pains in my wrists that I never had before.
It seems I've got inflammation of the joints now.
I was gonna see the doctor/hospital tomorrow about it.
I hope it's not a blood clot.
So...these vaccines aren't all they're cracked up to be.
There always seems to be a price to pay to receive these vaccines.
If you have a pre-existing condition or have less than stellar health, these vaccines might not be for you.
You may think about it before going ahead with it if you have been delaying it.
I had no prior health issues and I'm starting to wonder if this mRNA vaccine I received has given me some.
If this keeps up, I may not go for the 2nd shot.
So there may be some truth in the saying, "If it aint broke, then don't fix it!"
