Those officers definitely went to far as they kept punching him in the head, hitting him with a baton, and one guy even kicked him in the head twice. I would probably convict at least the ones who kicked and hit his head of manslaughter.

The cops were obviously poorly trained, like how they used pepper spray which you shouldn't do because you end up spraying your friends to, and definitely did not follow any department procedures. They were part of a "scorpion unit" which is a special unit for arresting murderers l, big time drug Lords, and gang leaders. Basically, the worst of the worst.

BTW Tyre Nichols was not a good person if that unit was after him. He was recklessly driving, on drugs, constantly resisting arrest, and fled to evade arrest. The cops still used way to much force but the world is never the less better off without him.
