Here is a clue, when someone lies it discredits ALL testimony.

He hasn't testified about anything. So why does that matter. The evidence is all, and I do mean ALL, of the state's witnesses have supported the defense not the prosecution. All of the video supports the defense.

This has been the worst and most incompetent prosecution many legal analysts have ever seen. Many say it is so bad. Such a complete cluster fuck of failure, they think the judge might even grant a directed verdict as the prosecution failed to prove any part of their case. I am most worried about jury intimidation. We have seen BLM trying to do that, openly threatening jurors, just like in the Chauvin case. The judge should have sequestered the jury to prevent that.

The defense specifically showed the video and asked Grosskreutz if it showed the rifle misfiring or if Kyle ever touched the charging handle much less pulled it and Grosskreutz said "no". Grosskreutz continously lied and got caught. What did you say that does for the credibility of a witness? Hell, he repeatedly lied to police in multiple interviews about having a gun then only admitted it after he got caught with photographs and video.

Where as Kyle is on video telling Grosskreutz he was running to the police yet Grosskreutz still tried to murder him. Even the judge said the law wrt to 17 year olds carrying rifles was unclear and a confusing mess. The Constitution of the state of WI states everyone has an inalienable right to self defense and laws have been passed stating a presumption of innocence in self defense except when certain conditions are met or unless certain requirements are disproven. None of which have been to date. The only mob rule has been the Antifa thugs who tried to execute an innocent man.

Black has been charged with providing a legal firearm to a 17 year old but it seems highly unlikely he will be convicted given WI law says Kyle can legally possess it and open carry it. Which parts do you not understand?
