You are all INSANE and I hope your neighborhoods are full of these psychos.

Kids like Kyle?

My neighborhood has a few thankfully.

of course you do… it’s a white trash neighborhood staple to have this lingering
How do you know that? Is that what your TeeVee tells you?

Because, I hate to break it to you but people in my neighborhood drives cars that are worth more than your soul

Except I could buy an entire block of your neighborhood if I sold my house… which is in a neighborhood that has never been a Cuban refugee camp

In your dreams dear. You'd wipe out 70% of your resale value attempting to buy my home alone

BS flag thrown… I know what you paid for it lol

But I would never move to a swamp…

LoL @ resale value… this isn’t cars… I could burn my house to the ground and still inflict a bidding war
You might know what I paid for you but have you fancied a look at the current resale value now that people are literally fleeing shitholes like Cali and Ny?

Sweetheart, I could burn my house to the ground and I would still invoke a bidding war. The house across the street is listed @ 6.5 lolz
Well then, 1000 bucks should be a drop in the bucket for you then

So, this kid "frying" means a conviction on all charges then? Including the laughably desperate Intentional homicide?

OH GAWD… I should have known you would get all obsessive and try to change the rules now on what should have been a friendly bet *rolls eyes*
the rules were changed? when and where because from where I'm sitting none were ever established to begin with

dear, you used to be so much better at this game. what happened?

The stupidity from the far right gun enthusiasts in this thread is alarming.

The Castle Doctrine in Illinois does not allow you to use deadly force against any intruder in your home. Illinois law allows a person to protect their home. But the use of deadly force is qualified by requiring much more than a simple trespass before deadly force is justified.

It’s going to be extremely difficult for this minor child to prove that his life was actually in danger when he has illegally obtained a semi automatic weapon that he used to carry out vigilante justice to unarmed and unsuspecting citizens that night.

Vigilante justice is against the law.
Uh. This case is being tried in Wisconsin hello? Anyone home?

Wisconsin law prohibits anyone under the age of 18 to carry a weapon. He is FUCKED.

ps tort law is universal in this nation lol

Funny because the judge in this case admitted that the law is unclear. One law say no one under 18 can own a firearm while another says that a person 17 years of age can legally possess a long rifle if they have a training certificate. Kyle did not own the rifle. His 19 year old friend owned the rifle and legally purchased it as well as legally stored it in his home.

The judge said in the next hearing he will decide whither to dismiss the prosecutions claim that possessing a firearm by a 17 year old was some how illegal.

Clearly the judge is a right wing extremist and part of a cabal of white supremacists.

When Kyle walks that will be the narrative. Incurable hate and ignorance that allows violent riots and only gets mad about "murder" when someone defends themselves against leftwing terrorists are never gonna be reasonable.

He won't walk completely free, Dovey.

However I suspect the Judge will seek some sort of compromise verdict in order to assuage tensions on both sides.

Considering he didnt break any laws he better.

Kyle broke laws but it appears his attackers did to.

Cite the laws he broke.

He didn't break a single law.

Well 3 people are dead.

Plus he was a minor carrying a firearm being in a place he shouldn't have.

And yet his attackers were vicious assailants.

So it's a mixed bag.

I'd say not entirely guilty but not entirely innocent either.

And if Kyle is found guilty on some charges his parent (s) should be too.

Cite the laws he broke.

it is against the law for a minor child to carry a gun in Wisconsin. You truly should have taken the Illinois bait… you might have stood a chance lol

They decided the "rules" were violent riots are peaceful protests, that anyone rioters murder gets shushed(Secorea, Italia, et) and they get to play heros.

The rules were "changed" when Kyle chose not to be murdered and fought back.

So they are foaming at the mouth with hate now and want to paint innocent people as the bad guys.

For all of you rocket scientists out there who actually believe Kyle will "fry" because of a vague and poorly written statue that even leaves the longest standing judge in Kenosha skeptical of it's applicability; you may want to avail yourself of some case law which, although does not directly govern decisions made in Wisconsin courts does provide guidance as to what an appellate court might determine if presented before them

BTW bicep Antifa got arrested again. Sadly, the left wing extremist, pro-Antifa D.A. let that scum bag walk on the illegal weapons charges despite him being a felon and it being illegal for him to possess a firearm. This is the same assistant D.A. who brought the unjust charges against Kyle.

We shall see what the results of the trial are.

Ideally the verdict should condemn vigilante justice while setting out strict guidelines as to what constitutes a lawful and peaceful protest.

I think many protesters are often out of control at these incidents and stricter guidelines are needed to define what they can and cannot do. Also time of the day when protests are permitted.

I've seen this in my own city protesters close down entire streets, disrupt traffic and cost businesses a lot of money in lost time and customers.

So protestors need to be held accountable too

There's no use in arguing with you about it.

Your mind is made up.

You've decided the verdict without weighing all the facts.

Keep in mind, I'm not siding with those Antifa types who died that night tho.

Just think there should be a fair trial where all the facts and liabilities are considered.

exactly!!! and they will never understand that because they feel empowered by the fascist pig of a former president his totalitarian antics

they blatantly refuse to get it because everyone is automatically guilty who stands up for justice in this country *rolls eyes*
So ramming blazing dumpsters into gas stations in residential areas is standing up for justice now?

that's an odd version of reality you live in.

Now, about that wager.

When you support ass juice like Kyle… you’re saying that it was ok that the police tear gassed a bunch of law abiding citizens exercising their first amendment rights.

So even if you could cite a law he broke, you wont and you found a way to make it my fault by saying it doesnt matter because my mind is made up.

So we should just convict people because of feelings. Fuck justice right?

YOU said he broke the law. My question is reasonable. WHAT law did he break?

They are accusing him of breaking four laws. He has not been convicted yet and I truly hope the jury is made up of reasonable people who set him free.

You’re wasting your time. They are ALL racist, hence why they are against anyone who went out and asked for justice BEFORE the police came out armed for war and turned this into what it became.

BTW ~ had the department fulfilled their requirement for due process and investigated Floyd’s death… we wouldn’t have had the riots. There would be no Kyle Rittenhouse.

1) The reason there are so many riots in the black community (and BTW the vast majority of the rioters in Kenosha were white liberals from other cities and states) is mostly due to lies, misinformation and propaganda. Most of it spewed by the self serving and ignorant people on your side.

2) Stop lying. Rioters are not peaceful protesters. Looting and arson is not peaceful protesting.

Would you feel more comfortable about engaging in our previous agreement to wager on the outcome of this trial until after the judge rules on the misdemeanor? My position wont change no matter the outcome and if he does rule against Kyle it may help you with this case of soggy spine syndrome you're putting up on display right now

Or, perhaps what we want is for people to be told universally that it is hard work, dedication and a sense of deep pride that will propel you to achieve your dreams in this country. As opposed to telling a certain race of people how much they can't due to an immutable characteristic

I don't know about you but I simply refuse to tell my step grandson he cannot be anything he wants to be in this world due to the color of his skin. If you choose to indoctrinate children of color with that sort of rehortic filth that's on you; but between us that makes YOU more of a racist than I'll ever be.

YES… I said it, you’re racist. For refusing to recognize that systemic racism exists you’re a FUCKING racist of the worst kind.

For justifying a police department using war antics (aka systemic racism) against peaceful protestors makes you a fucking racist and it makes you someone who stands against a functioning democracy with civil liberties.

Just because you “HAD” black fiends doesn’t make you not racist… in fact, you have boasted about how complacent your GF is and that’s a survival antic FYI.
