, he was legally carrying it as Wisconsin law states 17 year olds may open carry a standard long rifle if they have completed a gun safety course
Citation? You are wrong. Under 18 w/o parental supervision.
And please spare us the hunting law bullshit - what was he hunting, protesters?
..and his lawyers are going to have any constitutional rights, 2nd amendment, militia shit shoved up their asses.
..and - since he was carrying illegally, the weight of all that happened will be upon him.
Anyone that has ever watched a single episode of the Law & Order Documentaries, knows this.

This is the biggest problem with you guys. You think real life is like TV shows and movies. Many times you all have references some show, or movie or song and you have idea your views have been marketed to you. Lotus even thinks getting bashed in the head with a a heavy piece of wood with metal on it would work out the same way it would in an episode of loony tunes and would be fatal or critical at all.

Perhaps she thinks Kyle's head would have caved momentarily and popped back out and he would just have little starts and birdies flying around his head for a few seconds.

In REAL life, the judge already gave an opinion on this law you guys think obligated this kid to be beaten or murdered.

Neither of you have said shit about the FELON who actually DID have a gun illegally and chased Kyle and pointed it at him while he was on the ground.

Even IF its decided he was carrying illegally, he STILL wouldnt get charged for defending himself. He would only get charged with illegal carry.

Its horrifying and sad how merciless and ruthless your attitudes are towards an innocent kid because he was forced to shoot established violent felons who crossed state lines for the purpose of destroying and terrorizing a community. All in the name of a RAPIST who physically fought police during his arrest and was shot for refusing to follow orders and instead leaned into his car to grab another weapon.

It's awesome that Jacob Blake, a domestic abusing rapist, took 7 bullets and is paralyzed. Normal people find that satisfying.

You're a mind reader, too? How did you know that I think real-life fatal fights are exactly like a scene from Looney Tunes? It's amazing!!!!!

This is a screen shot right out of my brain:

Damn, you're good. You should put out a shingle, woman.

Because you've claimed repeatedly that getting bashed upside the head with a skate board isnt a big deal. That it's not dangerous.

Which is ridiculous.

I'm going on your own words here, I asked myself WTF you are thinking when you claim getting attacked with a skate board isnt dangerous.

I have not claimed any such thing. I have claimed that Rittenhouse was a threat, and the skateboard dude was going after that threat. Rittenhouse was a threat to everyone there. He was carrying the lethal weapon, not the skateboard guy. You people are apologists for murderers. It's sickening.

Soooooo when Rosenbaum's friend, shot Rosenbaum with the first shot, before Kyle ever fired the first shot, why did your people not take down THAT threat, hmmmmm? Obviously a gun is more of a threat than a skateboard. Why not go after the first murderer?

Oh wait, I know why, I know exactly why. Because in your mind, a young white man needs to die. He must be sacrificed to appease the angry libtards.

Notice how Lotus avoided the question about Huber taking the law into his own hands vigilante style when he chased kyle for what he believed was a murder.

In Lotus version of reality

Rioting felon vigilante = Good

Good kid who helps his community vigilante = bad

need not say anything else to show there's simply partisan bias eroding her mind

Rittenhouse was RUNNING and the skate board guy was CHASING him.

So no......Rittenhouse was NOT a threat, skateboard guy WAS.

Skateboard guy doesnt have the authority or entitlement to persue people, especailly someone actively running towards police.

Vigilante justice is bad when they accuse Kyle of it(which he wasnt even doing)

But skateboard guy can be a vigilante and attack someone with a skate board.

What kind of absolute brain dead fucking moron do you have to be to actually believe this kid was intending to kill people as he's running towards a cluster of police.

Link to one post where I said ANY of these people were "good." My point, Mr Hard of Thinking, once a fucking gain, is this: vigilantism is against the law, and KR is a murderer, whether I liked the people he murdered or not.

A great legal review. Things are just not looking good for the political prosecutor.

Dude, it looks like you're drunk on the K.R.D.F's twitter feed. Thanks for eating up all that bandwidth posting 953 screenies of their tweets, because I'm sure we can all agree they're an unbiased source of information about damn near everything. :Happy5:

And it's always a good look when you post a YT video that can't be embedded but "just click through."I

In a larger sense, I can't believe all you people have racked up over fifty pages x 30 posts full of nested quotes, repeating the same arguments over and over.

It's no wonder Bastard Factory has to pass the damn hat occasionally, just to pay the server bills.

It is all on video for you to check for yourself. The self defense expert which both sides agreed to has written his report with those time stamps and he is a videography expert certified to get the times correct by going frame by frame. He also made official composite of multiple video sources in the correct time line.

If it is good enough for both the proaecution and the defense why do you think it isn't good enough for you?

I haven't said what's "good enough" for me. I've stated an opinion or two that don't depend on any video or witnesses. My opinion does NOT address what I think or hope might happen to Kyle in court. I have said I'll let the courts sort this out and proceed accordingly. NO ONE at BF is on any jury nor an officer of any court as far as I know, including me. Stop trying to put me in a fucking box of your own design.
