It shows a profound lack of respect and training. You'd never see my kids do that. Why? Because they've shot hundreds of rounds over the last 2 years and have been properly trained. That was extremely irresponsible of him.He absolutly raised it for effect. He isnt even close to shouldering that weapon properly though and putting his finger on the trigger confirms his stupidity.Yep! That stupid motherfucker! Neither one of those dildos could figure out that it wasnt a short barreled rifle ITFP, then this stupid cunt immediately puts his finger on the trigger while "shouldering?" it! My son and I looked at each other when they showed this and LOL'd our asses off! You can always tell when someone hasnt any experience with a firearm if they dont point with their trigger finger.
Personally, I'd like to see that stupid cunt send a 308 in that suit with the stock in that position.....I'd love to see the rail or charge handle open up his cheek!
I wonder if that was done purposefully to make it look more menacing. Did you?
Of course, and having a finger on the trigger on an empty firearm still looks MORE menacing than not. Duh.
It was in a court room. I'm confident that the weapon was emptied of any rounds. It isn't an NRA training camp for sheep, you wether.
It doesn't matter. You always clear any firearm which is handed to you just like you always treat it as if it is loaded. If you don't then you end up with a Charlie Shean type incident.
I'm sure it was cleared long before he handled it. Anyone that knows anything about a court room preparation by an attorney knows that everything is practiced in advance, including holding that weapon to look as menacing as possible.
There is no way in hell they let a loaded weapon into a high profile trial like this.
Exactly and that Prosecutor wanted the jury to see how menacing it looks to hold a weapon of that type to another human being.
Exactly. This is why police officers who carry guns wear readily identifiable uniforms.
Look, in general I do agree with these wethers. I've never pointed a gun at anyone and don't plan on it.
However, if actors point guns in movies for effect, why can't an officer of the court do it for effect as well?
