Kenosha D.A.'s office has a long history of corruption.

Please, Log in or Register to view URLs content!

Binger has charged people before for self defense.

You know for people who rant about the "system"
....they sure love the system when they can use it to abuse their own countrymen.

Nothing but lying, dishonest, unethical authoritarian pieces of shit.

Coverage of the Prosecution's evidence problem which Murdock thinks doesn't exist because... I don't know. She just doesn't know what is going on in the case?

I agree. Tomorrow is Friday so the real freaks are going to be traveling to Kenosha from far and wide hoping to burn, loot, and murder. You know, their usual stuff.

As an IT expert with specialties in computer hacking I can tell you that anyone who believes the file was one way compressed in transit from one computer to another is a blithering moron of the highest order

Fact is simple, a compression program's sole purpose is to find a way to convert a block of one thousand ones and zeros into 200 ones and zeros and through an identical algorithm residing on the accepting side covert those 200 ones and zeros back to 1000. theres no such thing as compressing a file and sending to a computer without identical decompression software on the other side.

and anyone who wishes to challenge that download a copy of 7-zip, compress a random file and send it to someone who does not have 7-zip installed. See if they can even open the file at all.

in my mind the defense is too fucking dumb to explain what's really happening here and the prosecution is too sleezy to admit what they did and it has nothing to do with compression

these morons around here can bray all hey want lile they have the slightest fucking clue what they're talking about but I get paid over 200K a to actually know what the fuck I'm talking about in this regard as part of my job is doing computer based forensics.

These people are fucking insane and delusional. They are dangerous liars.

And they are worried that regular people will be "emboldened" to not allow rioters to brutalize them. That's what these pieces of shit are worried about. That rioters will have a harder time murdering innocent people.

Not communities. Not regular innocent people. Not families. Not public safety. They are worried INNOCENT PEOPLE will feel EMBOLDENED to DEFEND themselves.

The file names weren't even the same. Lunchbox deliberately down rated the video to low def, compressed it, then drop boxed it with an entirely different file name. They deliberately did not send the high def and, no, it wasn't a glitch or an accident.

Get me the file extensions and file icons if you can

I'll explain to these gibbering morons for once and for all what actually happened

if the file extension changed ie: .doc, .ppt, xls etc etc... from a standard movie playing type like .mov or .mp4 then the defense are bunch of fucking morons because they would have had to download the identical type of software on their own laptop in order to open it at all. Else the file would have looked like a scrap paper icon.

100 bucks says @The Prowler knows exactly what I'm talking about here.

the defense is inept. Barnes was right all along

and I believe I indicated as much earlier on. Richards simply believed the truth shall set you free but failed to realize that among liberal scum there is no such thing as speaking the truth

Defense had to try this case with every possible option available to them. Meaning all the elements Barnes had mentioned.

Good thing it's gonna be cold tomorrow. That will keep many of the Antifa and BLM scum in their moms basements monitoring things on the internet instead of engaging in Democrat-Sanction mayhem and violence.

They dont like the cold lol.

The same BLM piece of shit who got arrested today outside the courthouse was, just 10 days ago, at the Judge's house making terrorist threats.

A great example of the corruption of the media and the complicity of the Democrats during last summer's riots. This example specifically deals with the Kenosha riot.
