Don't worry about it, I do it all the time...

I am used to coming into this thread and having to catch up with 3 or 4 pages of The Wonderfully Demented Mind of Joe.

Usually when I know it is just a few posts I will read ahead...

Lol, I don't mind Joseph, although he does prattle on at times and needs slapping on the nose with a rolled up newspaper when he starts with the leftist nonsense.

A good breakdown of what Kyle's Law would and wouldn't do.

Yes. Exactly all this.

There arguments against innocent people defending themselves are delusional, ignorant and psychotic.

We need Kyle's Law. And the arguments against it prove we need it even more.

Here you go @Joe listen to this video. It explains what I've been saying about political prosecutions that place charges on innocent people without any evidence to support them. If you care about due process and a civil society you'll see why Kyle's Law is so important. It's not politics... it PROTECTS citizens from becoming partisan pawns....like how Kyle was dehumanized, defamed and USED as a political game piece in a trial that never should have happened. There was NO evidence to support the charges. NONE.

Are Americans turning into Chinks? Those yellow roaches don't even blink an eye when a toddler gets crushed under a bus.
Did you ever see the video of the kid in China being run over about five times while people just ignored her? The lack of empathy displayed deeply troubled me for some time afterwards... =(

Wow. This one doesn't look like self defense to me though he did go for the gun but only after the guy started shooting. The dead man's ex-wife was playing games and not allowing their son to show up for the court ordered visits with his father. The father, rightly, pointed out that what his ex-wife was doing was illegal when the ex-wife's new husband comes put with a gun and starts shooting.

What do people think of this one? BTW it is graphic.

Yikes......the guy who shot is in the wrong. They should have called police.

Completely uncalled for and moms BF or step dad wanted a reason to shoot him.

This isnt some stranger on their property threatening them. He wanted his son. He wasnt going to hurt anyone.

Disgusting. If that man is dead, the "step dad" needs to rot in prison for murder.

Situations like that you call the police like every other white trash custody fight that happens in America. Even if the father was abusive, that shooting was uncalled for. He didnt need the gun.

This one is gonna be a hard sell even if the law is on the step dad side.

The father should have documented it and left. You get a paper trail with this sort of thing and present it to the FOC or whoever is in charge of family disputes in their state. Fights on the front lawn accomplish nothing. NO good ever comes from front lawn drama.

I may be very bias against the newer guy because I've dated as a single mom and I cant STAND men who get all worked up over the bio father of the child. That kind of drama fueling testosterone rage is always all about them and their ego and "territory". Its not about what's best for the CHILD. Men like that are also insecure, controling, and likely abusive. That asshole just showed one of the reasons WHY single moms should either stay single or vet the fuck out of men they talk to.

Either be a team player and accept being part of a "pre made family" or GTFO. If you cant bring peace and stability and sense to the table....chuck it in the trash.

Now this child has a dead father. Damn that's sad. And mom didnt even screech?!

The Dixie Chicks playing in the back ground gave this a nice flavor lol.

I don't agree with you.

This trial was warranted and the state was correct in pressing charges against Kyle. I clearly remember when Kyle said out loud and admitted that he shot someone. So a criminal investigation and trial was justified.

Plus it appears that Rittenhouse may have kept firing his weapon even After his attackers fled. So in that case he was endangering the public

So if the case that Kyle should have been charged and covicted of a dangerous use of a weapon.

In retrospect I don't think Rittenhouse was entirely innocent.

If he was found innocent of Murder he still should have been found guilty of dangerous use of a weapon.

And if you feel the prosecution was politically motivated that's inaccurate. Perhaps the media was but the prosecution was not. Thats a seperate issue outside of the court proceedings. They were following due process and what was expected of them.

They don't work on Dilf's iPad so I assumed the forum didn't accept them, but others have said that they work, so I'll probably post some from time to time if I spot any good ones.

BTW, you any idea what movie this clip is taken from? I spotted the webm on pol and Grimm converted it to a Bitchute video.

You arent agreeing with me because you arent understanding it's not about opinion.

It is absolutely FACT that prosecution was political. There was ZERO evidence that it was anything BUT self defense. There was not even a shred of evidence. And they didnt even finish an investigation before these ABSURD charges.

Trials are expensive and damaging and there was no reason for this one.

Sorry, Joe....you are dead ass wrong on this. And I hope to see Kyle's Law pass so the state cannot harrass law citizens who had to defend themselves and didnt break any laws.

You have a heavy political bias here and law iant the place for politcs. You are literally pulling things out of your ass trying to find some way Kyle broke a law. He didn't break any. Hence why none of the charges stuck and he was found not guilty

If you want to pretend the judge was bias because he didnt make up a law or charge him for something because the left wanted it? I guess you'll be stuck on that.

...but the issue is whether Kyle was actually firing the gun in self defense after his assialants were running away in safe distance. If those bullets had hit a passerby who had nothing to do with those assaults, then it posed a danger to the public

Again, I'm not saying the protesters or rioters were innocent or blameless, but after to review the footage I'm starting to think that Kyle wasn't either. Because I heard shots being fired long after they were gone.

You know when police have got their man, they generally don't keep firing in the air.

In which case, Kyle's behaviour was reckless.

Even if he had been cleared of murder charges I think the judge erred by not staying weapons charges against Rittenhouse.

anyways folks, I think Rittenhouse was a vigilante and perhaps himself a danger to the public just like some of those protesters were.

Fair and balanced opinion.

blame one then blame another.

That's usually the case most of the times anyways.

No one is 100% innocent in these situations.

Joe he was obviously on video defending himself. There is literally NO WAY to avoid this. It's one the clearest cases of self defense. It never should have been a trial.

You never thought Kyle was blameless. So no....you are not looking at the footage and just now thinking he was at fault of something. You've been arguing that point the entire time.

It doesnt matter what you THINK the judge should have done. Kyle didnt break the law. The gun was found to be permitted under the law. You are calling the judge bias because he didnt do what you think he should have done and convicted Kyle even though he was within the law.

It doesnt matter if you think Kyle was recklace. The town was being attacked and the state was allowing it, so residents had a right to be out there armed. I highly doubt anyone WANTED to be there but they understandable felt the need to protect their community.

And you add in that you dont find the rioters blameless.....but you are nitpicking innocent people and how they responded to a violent siege of their town and while putting the attackers on some equal level with them. These were violent scum bags there past curfew burning down the community and beating innocent people. They were not "protesters" with any valid reason to be out there. If they were not there being violent? Residents wouldnt have been out there armed.

I'm gonna side with innocent people. I dont give a shit about politics. And if we are going to make it political I would side with whatever "side" opposes the violent attacks on innocent communities. Shit like this is the reason why people turn on the left. They are violent and destructive authoritarians who hurt and murder innocent people.

I havent been giving you my opinion. I've been explaining to you the basics of how the justice system works and why you cant convict people when they didnt break the law. You have this idea that it's okay to drag innocent people through a public and damaging trial when no laws were broke for the purpose of politics. It's not okay. It's a threat to peoples RIGHTS. We don't have trials for obvious self defense. When a prosecutor brings charges he needs to have some evidence. This prosecution had NOTHING. Even his witnesses affirmed it was self defense. Because it OBVIOUSLY was.

It's a maliscious and politically motivated charge and Binger is a scum bag who has moved on to trying to destroy the life of another 17 year old who shot her trafficker. We need Kyle's Law to protect citizens from political predators like Binger.

That's usually the case most of the times anyways.

No one is 100% innocent in these situations.

Right because you dont know what a vigilante is and the media has been parroting that nonstop.

That's not a "fair and balanced" opinion. You are trying to pass off political neutrality in a circumstance where politics dont belong. You think we arrived at our stances because we are "the right" and our opinions are "right wing" opinions. But you are wrong on that.

You cant see this situation as one side on the right and the other on the left. That's what the left does. Our rights dont depend on politics. Laws dont change to accommodate a partisan concept of "fairness". What's not fair is removing someone's individual rights and convicting him to be "fair and balanced" politically.

Our political stances do not play into this at ALL. Kyle CLEARLY defended himself and didnt not break any laws. And people who go out to protect the community from an attack are not vigilantes. This isnt the first time self defense has been falsely equated with "vigilante".

You are literally parroting something the establishment media has been repeating over and over and over. I do not believe that you would have said that word at all had your thinking not been tainted with pro state propaganda. It is unhinged to call people who were forced to defend their community and a kid who was forced to defend his life a "vigilante". Its also manipulative. Vigilantes are people who go looking for crimes to interfere with. Or who go after criminals. None of these people in Kenosha went out looking for it. The crime came to THEM and they HAD to try to protect themselves.

You have to be cold hearted and unable to grasp human nature to call that anything but DEFENSE.

You wont see this clearly until you stop equating it with politics and assuming that if someone is saying Kyle broke no law and clearly defended himself that it's just a right wing opinion. That is a fact and even the bullshit politically motivated trial established that. Not because of bias.....but because of fairness and balance and the law.

Speaking of the whole "everything i dont like is right wing" here is Jimmy Dore saying all that horrid fuckery from Clinton and Obama was.....get ready....right wing policies

Yeah right and all the right wingers totally embraced Clinton and Obama policies, didnt they? LOL. He said Obama care was "right wing".

Did YOU guys know that?! That those horrible policies we have been opposing are right wing?! We are "the right".....I mean these are OUR policies!!

And this is what Lotus and Admin think. That these policies we hate, oppose and call LEFT WING(because they ARE) are "right wing policies" even when the biggest loudest opposition to them are right wing voters.

I swear it's no common sense. These people dont even know what right wing even is. The anti right propaganda has been so effective these people couldnt point out a single right wing policy. Even the more balances and genuine leftists literally call policies we HATE and OPPOSE "right wing". Unreal.

Youd think he would start thinking more deeply on this one considering he gets called a right wing shill....lol.

So basically the establishment/left think we oppose Obama's and Clinton's shitty policies because we are racists white supremacists and because we hate people......but they also think the policies we get called racist for hating are right wing.

You really cant make this up. And they are unaware of how absurd their "everything I dont like is right wing" drooling ignorant idiocy is.

Here is a clue lefties......if it involves more government regulation and GovCo involvement into peoples lives? If it involves higher taxes? Its NOT RIGHT WING.

We wont have any meaningful change for the better because these people love their hateful delusions. They have been groomed to not even communicate so they will never realize how wrong and incredibly toxic they really are. They just mindlessly accuse.

Youd think the fact the entire corporate political establishment has aligned with their "rhetorics" and endlessly smears us would clue them in but nope. They likely justify that as the only stuff they tell the truth about is their nasty attacks on regular people as "right wing extremists".

Brilliant propaganda to change definitions in Orwellian ways to convince people that its RIGHT wingers(and right is everyone not them) who are the fascists while they are blatant actual fascists. These people cant recognize it because they think fascism is just "right wing ideology"(without even describing this ideology)
