Going back to the gym using this workout plan.

Trying to put on some more muscle and then maintain once I can bench 225, deadlift 400, and squat 250+. I can already rep 30 LBS for curls i'll probably just get up to 40 LB reps and then maintain.

After I hit optimal muscle mass/ I look and feel good I'll focus less on muscle building and more on CrossFit.

Any tips/tricks/suggestions?

“If you do squats, you’ll grow tits”

Coincidentally I just stopped by the closest gym to me, to see equipment and facilities, I’m thinking just an easy circuit training thing, not at all interested in getting yuge, just fit. And long walks on the beach to continue rehabbing my hip, multiple surgeries play havoc on muscles and connective tissue.

The gym is located in an upscale Golf Course Resort, that may be home to wealthy widows (wink wink, no what I mean?)

You should play a sport.

So many gym rats are uncoordinated geeks. If you only work out in a gym, you will be strong doing those basic movements, but you will not be able to perform proper athletic movements.

We have all see muscular guys move very poorly. They look uncoordinated and clumsy. People say "Oh, he is muscle bound." Sure, a lot of muscle mass can affect flexibility, but the real problem is that the muscles have not been developed in a way that promotes good athletic movement.

If you workout in a gym a lot, you need to also play some type of sport, or you will become an uncoordinated geek with muscles.
