As I read Matt Tabbibi's Twitter thread, I don't see any first amendment violations. It was 2020, Biden's campaign was reporting tweets they thought were in violation of Twitter TOS. Trump was the President, not Biden. The government, at the time, didn't violate the 1st.

It was Biden's campaign that contacted Twitter personnel to report the tweets. It shows that Twitter, at that time, was open to the intervening on behalf of Biden's campaign. I don't know if they would have done the same for any Democrat, any candidate...but I don't think they would have sided with the opposition. They had a bias. It doesn't show the "government" intervening; Musk is wrong about that.
