It's a THREE minute wait time at the local ER.

Imagine not understanding that the ER is a Triage Center, where they figure out what department is best suited for the patients care, for ex. You don't send the heart attacks over to the ortho ward etc.

Only those Americans without healthcare coverage utilize the ER for rashes and ouchies.

imagine being so irretrievably stupid & morbidly dense that you dont understand that EVERY single patient in a hospital, no matter the root cause, first passed through the ER on their way to whatever area the ER designated they should go.

THat makes the ER a "choke point" you dutifully dense fucking imbecile.

Do you understand what a choke point is you shameless faggot? ANd no, its not when you throat down all the way on Holiday's cock and begin to gag.

Just imagine what happens if you were to suddenly dump a 5 gallon bucket of water into the average sink. Would all the water immediately descend down the 1nich pipe or would it back up sit for awhile as it slowly made it's way through the choke point ie 1 inch hole?

So yeah, if there are an overwhelming amount of COVID patients placing a crushing burden on a hospital you would most certainly see the stain manifesting itself in the ER as those "triage" specialists are testing the patients, diagnosing the patients and implementing the proper protocols to get those patients into the area of the hospital best suited for their care. Dummy

And by the way, since you're so fucking smart, can you tell me why if the ER is only a triage center which would not be overburdenrd by the influx of patients it took over 4 hours to be seen by a doctor in one back in NY?

<cue "its a word salad" or some all drooling response now>

Kinda ignorant and insulting to call the ER a triage unit. That's like.....just the tiniest fraction of what is done in the ER.

Triage is just the entry process. Assessing how urgent your case is. Obviously a heart attack is going to get a higher priority than severe gash on the body. That's what triage does.

Its once you get back there and get tests and diagnosis, or get stabilized if you are unstable, then they decide whether you can be treated in the ER and sent home to see your doctor or if you need to be admitted. ER also has a trauma unit.

Shit when I go in for kidney stones? (Which i havent been in 2 years now, which is AWESOME) I never know if I'm staying or leaving. Typically when I get sent to the ER I end up admitted. But thats kidney stone disease and it sucks. It almost always means surgery the next day.

But even if my doctor tells me during an app to go directly to the hospital, I still need to go in through the ER and he tells the attending to admit me to hospital. They take care of all that for you but you still need to go in through the ER. They'll just do whatever screening my urologists wants, slam me with morphine and roll my poor busted ass on up.

Its definately NOT just a triage center lol. You dont get treated in triage. You just get assessed for urgency.

Careful, kick the douche too many times up his asshole and Levon a.k.a the noseless monster might fall out screeching about how the tips of our steeltoe boots are getting hammered under the mighty might of his prolapsed anus

You really WANT to believe that how the media is describing Floridas delta outbreak is true, dont you?

Let's talk about it.
I think it's hysterical every time I drive by that hospital and see nothing greater than a 4 minute wait time

and I have to pass that sign literally everyday since it's the main road that runs through my town on my way to just about anywhere

I'm seriously still flabbergasted by that article he posted lol.

Probably because I have worked many...many hours, many 12 hour shifts, sometimes 18 hours in a hospital...that I'm floored by how gross that article was.

Imagine, Big....a surging outbreak of delta variant Covid (which is more infectious than regular Covid and has a heavier viral load, btw). All 8 beds in the ICU are full. Evidently one peds patient. They have to open the overflow section.

Now you also got ICU patients NOT in there for Covid. These people are medically fragile, likely....immune compromised.

Do you think that a reporter.....who could be bringing in this surging delta Covid is going to be given access to the ICU? To just.....walk down the hall, listen in an OPEN DOOR(which doesnt happen on ICU)?

Let's say a person has regular Covid. They will likely infect 3 people. Delta? They will infect 6 people.

So.....yeah let's have someone come in off the streets where they are out in the public during this apocalyptic delta surge so she can spread it through the whole damn ICU. Blast it into a minor patients room while she eavesdrops on the doctor discussing care.

Even if she was in full on PPE.....you can STILL SPREAD it. So they are not going to take unessesary risks, they have a priority to these patients to limit the amount of risk. Shit people have had to look at their relative from behind glass but this lady is shoving her nosey ass right into patient rooms to listen to shit that ain't her fucking business. My ASS.

You cant access an ICU on a normal day unless you are immediate family of a patient. ICU units are protected as fuck.

It's just hogwash.

If I were an ICU RN and saw some rando reporter bitch walking around the hall of the ICU during a viral crisis around my fragile patients... listening in a patients room? Her ass would be tossed asap.

No integrity. No respect for others. They love their Covid porn, dont they?

It's funny you should say all that because we do have some verifiable proof of how these hospitals handle off the street walk-ins who wish to record their activities on a whim.

Mt Siani hospital and Elmhurst hospital which were the supposed Epicenters of COVID horrors and mayhem were visited last year during the height of the apocalypse and watch what happens

Mt Sinai April 2020

Elmhurst Hospital March 2020

Perhaps things are different when security is notified by the Feds beforehand that a staged event will be taking place in their facility? Dunno.

All I know is that I personally visited Elmhurst Hospital last year when I still lived 40 minutes away and saw no crisis whatsoever. And I can attest to the Video of Mt Sinai hospital provided by the tuber as being authentic because I did work for them in the past and know exactly what their campus looks like. And unless he's able to manufacture Youtube timestamps i'd say that's some pretty damning information he provided.

I can also verify via the video I shared that Florida is NOT the barren wasteland of COVID death, destruction and despair that these lib phonies are saying it is by nature of the fact that anyone with a modicum of common sense would realize that an ER flooded with COVID patients is going to have a wait time far greater than 3 minutes.

But hey, if morons would rather believe staged hit pieces than real time verifiable video that just shows are irretrievably stupid THEY are. We're the ones being trolled tho.... as if the goal of trolling was to make yourself look like an utter buffoon every chance you get. :LOL3:

You didn't oversimplify anything. You just were completely wrong.

And you are doubling down on wrong trying to prove something. Stop.

You wouldnt have a scheduled procedure in an ER. Because it's there to treat medical emergencies. If you have an app.....that's not an emergency.

However.....if you showed up to the ER needing that procedure as an emergency, the ER is gonna handle it.

This does absolutely doesnt mean the ER just triages people. You dont know what triage is. How many people have apps at urgent care clinics? That doesn't mean all they do is triage.

When was your last ER shift, A? How many patients have you triaged?

You dont know how the hospital functions. And that's okay. Dont make yourself look stupider arguing with someone who does.

I have literally assisted triage for ER. I'd be the one taking your vitals while the nurse asked questions and prepared papers. And I'd take you to your bed. And start an IV or whatever else needed. Wound care. Gross gory cool stuff.

But his "oversimplification"(absolutely falsehood) confused me I guess lol. Probably because it's completely wrong. And triage means assessing URGENCY....that's it lol.

He has a fundamental misunderstanding of what an ER is. Its definately NOT a place to be assessed for urgency and set off to a floor.

"Well you are actively having a heart attack. Hang in there and we will send you to the cardiac floor!" <---- things that dont happen in ER lol

They would stabilize you and possibly admit you.

They are there to treat medical emergencies. NOT just triage people. He didnt oversimplify he completely misused terms and doesnt know wtf he is talking about.

Which is okay btw.. he doesnt really NEED to know. If he needs the ER....all of this will be handled by medical professionals. He just has to lay there and answer questions as clearly as possible and sign consents so the adults can do their job.

:LOL3:

And that was just the ER right?

The article he posted? The author was talking about being inside the fucking ICU.

During a delta surge.

You kids are really putting in work!

It's not work explaining to you how the ER is not a triage center. That wouldnt even make sense.

I have a strong suspicion that an ER attending physician could be telling you this SAME thing and you would be like fucking Beavis and Butthead calling him a "dumb trumptard".

WHY do leftists have this fixation on the medical feild like being left makes you more knowledgeable on everything from disease process to virology to vaccines to what a fucking triage is?

I genuinely think you guys have married your political beliefs to medicine in such a delusional manner that if you thought your surgeon voted for Trump you would do your own surgery because unlike him you SCIENCE!

You know what that's called? Dunning- Kruger.

Not only being on the ICU.....but walking around(unattended....with no nurse) and able to actually eavesdrop, through an open door(on an ICU), and listen to a doctors conversation about a CHILDS(on an adult ICU) private medical care plan..

The kid was intubated apparently and all exposed to randos meandering the hall....on ICU. During a viral crisis.

Mt Siani hospital and Elmhurst hospital which were the supposed Epicenters of COVID horrors and mayhem were visited last year during the height of the apocalypse and watch what happens

:LOL3:

And that was just the ER right?

The article he posted? The author was talking about being inside the fucking ICU.

During a delta surge.

:LOL3:

Not only being on the ICU.....but walking around(unattended....with no nurse) and able to actually eavesdrop, through an open door(on an ICU), and listen to a doctors conversation about a CHILDS(on an adult ICU) private medical care plan.

Yeah... cause none of that constitutes a HIPPA violation :LOL3:

The act of her listening in, if any PHI was exposed(private health info) shes violating HIPAA.......and moreso publishing it.

But since she didnt publish any PHI, she didnt violate HIPAA.

But they wouldnt be having these convos with an open door. If the girl was intubated in ICU she was probably in a double negative pressure room....which has two doors. Either way if a patient has a virus as infectious as delta and is intubated that door isnt not gonna be open or cracked. Like the dumb idiot author said.

But she sure the fuck wouldnt be able to just go into an ICU during a viral outbreak of delta so bad the hospital is overloaded, possibly carrying in Lord knows what on a protected unit with medically fragile patients who are already unstable and walk around listening in patients rooms ffs.....she wouldnt be able to get close enough to get info like that.

It was just dramatized bullshit. I bet she was in a hospital lobby and spoke with an ICU nurse or something like that and just created this story. Maybe she knows someone works in the hospital and said a little girl was intubated, they are needing to use overflow beds and the staff is stressed....and just filled this in with colorful language.

Without prejudice to the earlier question, i.e., "is the ER a triage unit?" .... this statement ^ ^ ^ in which the emphasis is yours, is simply FALSE. To your credit, I don't think you are trolling here, but rather, simply ignorant AF.

People enter the hospital in many instances through the front door, check in, and proceed directly to their beds.
