Kyle would never of been there, if not for the out of town arsonists.
The thing is, all these DemonRat run areas, where the military needed to be dispatched, they REFUSED it. Trump wanted to send them in. But because of the way States are, its up to the State.

And if fuckers from out of town hadnt try to burn shit down, Kyle would not of had to put out a fire, and would not of had someone chase him with intent to do bodily harm to him. Thus, Kyle reacted, with swift authority to protect himself.
It was 100% his choice to parade around with a gun. No one there forced him to do it.

Wanna know what he WAS parading around? His medical bag, offering medical aid, even to the rioters. He even stated in an interview, before shit went down, that the gun was merely for protection.

If the dumb liberals on this thread understood anything about consistency they'd realize that what they were saying is that Kyle no longer possessed the right to life because he was engaged in some kind of provocative criminal act. Well, by that logic the rioters too lost their right to life as they too were in violation of several laws that night.

So tell me, smart people who know so much, what exactly does regained mean in the context for which this provision was written?
Would not a reasonable minded person conclude that an illegal action would lose one the privilege of self defense but then some other action in the stream of time would allow one to regain it? Ie: resetting the clock as it were ?

If a thousand angry thugs descended upon your neighborhood after successfully neutering local law enforcement would it be your right and the rights of your neighbors to protect your property? Assume for just a second YOU lived on the outer rim of a neighborhood spanning 5 miles in diameter and these thugs were on a current trajectory which would place them at the core of your neighborhood within hours if met with no resistance.
Would you not want your fellow citizens at the core to assist you in pushing back on these thugs and would it not be wise if you are a resident at the core to assist your fellow citizens at the outer rim?
